Initial 15 Minute Consultation (via phone/video call) - Free
Individual hypnotherapy session - £65* (50 mins)
Individual deep relaxation session (no theraputic suggestions) - £40 (50 mins)
Group mindfulness sessions - (Price will vary per person depending on venue and size of group - please contact me for more information)
Discounts
I offer a 10% discount on sessions for anyone working in education**
*If we agree you would benefit from a longer treatment plan, I offer six sessions for the price of five if pre-booked.
**I worked in education for many years and know firsthand how stressful it can be. This is my way of giving back to all you heroes still working in schools!
